     Mark is a Strength Coach and Corrective Exercise/Mobility Specialist. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph with a focus on English Literature and since that time has been traveling around North America attending seminars, workshops, and honing his skills as a Strength and Mobility coach.

     For the past two years he worked at the world renowned Strength Camp Gym, training thousands of people and helping to create the Strength Camp System. 

      Following that he spent 3 months in Texas attending the Fire Fighter Recruit Academy at Texas A&M. 

      Starting out in the world of fitness can be a daunting task for any individual. There is a tremendous amount of poor advice being shoved in the faces of newcomers for every tiny nugget of good information that exists. 

     Quickly realizing the positive effect that a well balanced strength program could have on him both physically and mentally he made it his mission to share the good news with others just setting out on the path to greater strength and health.

     His main goal is to share with others the steps they need to take to reach their goals find and improve their weaknesses and to motivate them to always seek self improvement while having a good time doing it.
